Red Venetian Plaster

A rich Chinese Red Venetian Plaster was used in this bar and powder room to create a high gloss "lacquer like" finish for the walls and ceilings.

Step 1: Prime walls with Benjamin Moore latex primer color 2085-10

Step 2: Tint Modern Masters Venetian Plaster "ultra deep tint base" to BM color #2085-10 and trowel on 1st coat and texture coat of plaster.

Step 3: Add lamp black to the red Venetian plaster for the final fill coat. Burnish the plaster and apply Modern Masters clear satin sealer.

Step 4: Apply Clear Briwax and buff to luster
